“Whenever there is an external crisis in their lives, whether it is a personal crisis, a social crisis, a national crisis, or a global crisis, most people create an emotional and psychological crisis within themselves. Whenever the world around us is in a state of crisis, it is critical that we, as human beings, perform at our best – our physical selves, our intellect, our emotional balance – everything should be at its best. Because there is a crisis outside, you can not afford to create a crisis within yourself,” he said, adding that Yoga provides the technique to reach such stability.
