In Indian cinemas, there are many actors and actresses who are doing their best in conveying a message through their films. Each thing has two different parts some are positive parts and some are negative ones which can lead to disaster or success. Here is a list of Bollywood actors who faced Nepotism.
Nepotism is an act of practice, where the influence of giving favors to their relatives, friends, or loved ones by giving a position of job whether he or she is capable of it or not. In many Multi-National Companies and other companies, some employees have to face this nepotism. But right now nepotism is in fame due to Bollywood.
The Indian film industry also faced nepotism. There are many actors who ones faced in his career. After the death of versatile actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who was also the victim of Nepotism. Many other actors are coming forward and sharing their words regarding nepotism and how to overcome from this.

Here is a list of few Bollywood actors who faced nepotism and yet become successful. The actor Akshaye Khanna also faced nepotism. As Vinod Khanna, the father of Akshaye Khanna was a legendary actor of his time. He said that his acting is always compared with his father. His only concern is accepting the person who he is. Although, Akshaye Khanna is also a very good actor and done movies like Dil Chahta Hai in 2001, Section 375 in 2019, and Border in 1997, and many more.
Then the second actor is Sharman Joshi who faced nepotism. Sharman Joshi was remembered as Laxman from Golmaal in 2008. After this, he is not in the Golmaal series. He is also a good actor and has done movies which are 3 idiots in 2009, Hate story 3 in 2015, 1920 London in 2016, and many more.
Actor Abhay Deol was also a victim of Nepotism. Abhay Deol is a cousin brother of Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. His first movie was Sacha Na Tha in 2005 which was produced by Dharmendra’s banner Vijayta Films. He also did good acting in movies such as Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara in 2011, Dev. D in 2009, Socha Na Tha in 2005, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye in 2008, and many more.
Then comes the victim of nepotism is actor Sanjay Mishra. Sanjay Mishra is a versatile actor with lots of character roles he played. His acting is counted as one of the finest actors in the Bollywood industry until now. He also suffers nepotism in his career and yet he gives popular movies which are Kaamyaab in 2018, Ankhon Dekhi in 2013, Masaan in 2015, Kadvi Hawa in 2017, and many more.

Jimmy Shergill is also a victim of Nepotism. He started his journey in 1996 and he can able to act any role with ease. In his journey of Bollywood he had did many movies which are Tanu Weds Manu in 2011, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster in 2011, Mohabbatein in 2000, and many more. He did his best acting in movies such as Mohabbatein, Rangbaaz Phirse, Mukkabaaz.
Actor R. Madhavan also faced nepotism. He played role in 3 idiots as Farhan Qureshi was gone popular and also loved by his fans. R. Madhavan showed his acting skills in movies like 3 idiots, Breathe, and many more movies. Right now he is actively acting in the south industry and doing movies which are Vikram Vedha in 2017, Saala Khadoos in 2016, and many more.
Then here comes the actor who is no more with us is Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant ends his life on 14th June 2020. He has given hit movies to the Bollywood industry which are Chhichhore in 20119, MS. Dhoni in 2016, Kedarnath in 2018, Kai Po Che in 2013, and many more. Sushant’s last movie was Dil Bechara in 2020. His sudden death is a mystery that is yet to solve. Whether he himself took his life or someone else end his life. After the death of versatile actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the Bollywood industry is coming forward with the problem of nepotism.
There are many more actors who said that they also faced nepotism. Some of them took years to overcome the problems they faced. Nepotism is something that ends someone’s career whether it’s a film industry or any other industry. In this people mostly give preference to their near and dear ones instead of the person who has the actual capability.
